The RiverHouse

The Riverhouse is a two story 1940s warehouse that sits just 4 feet from the bank of the Cumberland River. The building was in major disrepair when Drew first purchased the property in 2009, but with a lot of elbow grease and a little love, The Riverhouse was born on January 1, 2010.

Just six months later, The Riverhouse became a part of river when 8 feet of water flooded the living room for six days Yet, this didn’t keep Drew from his dream of refurbishing the property. With plenty more elbow grease, an even better riverhouse emerged.

Since then, The Riverhouse has been featured in several high profile publications, such as The Guardian Life and Style section, and used for many big name artists, including Luke Bryan, All American Rejects, Tom Keifer and many more! The property has also been used for various fashion shoots, a Kinfolk Magazine event, and even weddings.
